Mindfullness Meet Ups are being hosted in Wirral on a regular basis, during these one hour sessions you will learn how to easily employ expert techniques for using Mindfullness to change the way you look at life.

It certainly was eye opening for me, after years of studying psychology, counselling, hypnotherapy, Gestalt, Rogers, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Transactional Analysis, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Cure by Crying and more, I finally came upon a book by Napoleon Hill called ‘Think and Grow Rich’, the doors finally opened for me. That in turn led to discovering much, much more about becoming Mindfull in all that I do.
After I began to understand how your thinking can affect simple everyday things, and importantly huge events, was I able to open myself to the possibility of an incredible life.
If you wish to change it is so important that you make a conscious decision to choose your thoughts and not to keep repeating negative, habitual thought patterns which have led you to where you are right now.
