This site has been created to assist people in changing their thinking to achieve a better way of life.

Since 2006 I have been working using integrative counselling along with hypnotherapy and although both of these types of therapies work to some extent I discovered that changing the way you think and concentrating on your thought patterns daily can have enormous effects on your lifestyle and people you come into contact with.

I am an empathetic, genuine person with excellent communication skills. I am passionate about helping people to achieve emotional health. To gain a clearer understanding of themselves and to discover different and more positive ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

I work with an integration of therapies, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This allows me to to create a holistic approach to therapy offering a flexible approach tailored to each clients individual need.

I deliver motivational ‘Mindfullness‘ workshops in Heswall where people learn how their thought patterns effect their lives, how changing thinking can re-shape lives.
